Independent Financial Adviser
Cardiff

I have worked in financial services for over twenty years, building a wealth of experience in all areas of financial planning. I am a fully independent financial planner, meaning that I can provide holistic advice in all areas, utilising the whole of market providers, to ensure clients receive personalised advice, with the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

My core areas of expertise cover investments, pension planning, protection, inheritance tax planning, and cashflow modelling. I hold both the advanced qualifications in pension advice, meaning that I am also qualified to advise on the specialist area of defined benefit pensions and other safeguarded benefits.

In providing a bespoke recommendation and through an excellent ongoing service, I am committed to a successful long-term relationship with my clients, guiding them through the many different lifetime events that most of us experience, some inevitable, and others unexpected, helping them achieve their aspirations and goals.

I specialise in the following advice services:

Lifetime Financial Planning

Through the use of sophisticated cash flow modelling techniques and by applying various inflation, interest rate and growth assumption we can plan how to get you where you want to be. The use of cashflow modelling is becoming the cornerstone of effective lifetime planning.

Pension & Retirement Planning

When you think about the future, what does your retirement look like to you? An important question which we can help you answer.

Investment & Wealth Management

Creating, growing, and then maintaining wealth is key to successful financial planning and should be part of a longer-term investment strategy.

Wills & Power of Attorney

Making a Will is essential to ensuring that your wealth benefits those whom you choose and is not taken by taxation, unnecessary legal costs and beneficiaries chosen by the law.

Personal Protection

Talking about illness, disability or death is never an easy conversation to have but protecting against the unexpected will help with financial security and ensure your family can cope should the worst happen.

Workplace Pensions

As an employer, you must auto-enrol certain staff into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it in order to meet legislative obligations.

Business Protection Planning

The importance of business protection is often overlooked but is key to helping business owners plan for the unexpected.

Defined Benefit Transfer Specialist

If you have a Defined Benefit or Final Salary pension scheme, there may be individual circumstances where a pension transfer could be advantageous.
